About us
My name is Loïc; I live in France and own this magnificent villa situated on the shores of Lake Como. Passionate about Italy — its culture, cuisine, and lifestyle — I purchased and renovated this large property in 2023. My family, an architect and local tradesmen worked all together to transform this traditional Italian building into a stunning holiday villa, preserving its local architectural charm while providing all the comforts and décor needed for a perfect stay.

Villa Riva di Lenno was designed and renovated to welcome families and groups of friends looking to enjoy a convivial time in Italy. Our home offers a magical experience to visitors, within a scenic landscape in the heart of the Lake area and close to the region's main points of interest.

Situated in the heart of the Lake Como area, the village of Lenno is easily accessible by both road and boat. It is convenient to explore the lake and visit its most beautiful villages directly via the ferry service, thanks to the pier located only 150m from the house.
Lenno is an ideal spot to enjoy the relaxed local lifestyle; the nearest restaurants are a 5-minute walk from the house, and Villa del Balbianello is also within a 20-minute walk. The village benefits from two supermarkets, a bakery and pastry shop, a pharmacy, a gas station, and several café-bars. Finally, an olive mill is located 7 minutes away, on foot.

We — or our local team —will welcome you personally upon arrival. Whether you arrive by car or public transport (bus or boat), simply pass through the gate and let us guide you! After a tour of the house, we will hand over the keys to you in person. We remain at your disposal should you have any questions or wish to benefit from our recommendations.
