"Villa Riva di Lenno" is a tastefully renovated, two-level villa. On the ground floor, you will find a kitchen opening onto an outdoor terrace with a table and chairs, a dining area, a lovely living room, a separate toilet, as well as a bedroom and a separate bathroom. Upstairs, there are four spacious bedrooms, along with two separate bathrooms and two toilets. The property features a practical laundry room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. A magnificent private pool and a large well-maintained garden provide the perfect setting for creating unforgettable memories. Armchairs, sun loungers, and games are available for your use. The villa is equipped with air conditioning, heating, and Wi-Fi, all set in a peaceful environment with a view of the lake. 

Upon request and for an additional fee, extra cleaning services can be arranged during your stay, with or without a change of bed linen. All guests are required to pay a tourist tax per person, per night. In accordance with Italian law, identification documents for each guest will be required prior to arrival. Sorting waste during your stay is mandatory, as Italian recycling laws are very strict.

"Villa Riva di Lenno" is easily accessible, either by car via the road or by boat from the "Lenno" stop, located 200 meters from the house. The bus connecting the towns of Como and Menaggio stops right in front of the property's gate. Free private parking is available for up to four vehicles, and a standard electrical outlet allows for the charging of electric vehicles.
